We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your crew for the beautiful transformation of our yard.
Your crew did such a wonderful job for us. Rigo met with us daily, advising us of what the plan was for that day. He was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and did a great job keeping us informed. The crew arrived each morning ready to work and worked throughout the day. They worked efficiently and were very respectful of our property. It was a pleasure having them here. You can tell they enjoy what they do. It shows in the job they did in our yard.
We also appreciated Elaine and her insight into plants. She met with us, explained our choices, gave us suggestions on what she thought would look good, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
We also appreciate all the time you took to meet with us before the project began, and again meeting with us to go over the finished product today. We are so happy with the outcome.
The one thing we both noticed was how available everyone on your team was when we called or had questions. Whenever we reached out, someone always answered the phone and gave us their time. That is a rarity in this day and age.
It has been our experience in the past that whenever we have work done around the house, something always goes wrong. This was most definitely not the case with this project. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything you and your crew did to make that happen. It’s a pleasure pulling up to the house again and seeing our beautiful yard each day. The outcome is more beautiful than we anticipated.
