This project took 8 days to complete from bush removal to dirt work and mulch and replanting of plants, bushes, trees and boulders. Jim(the owner) went over price options and was great to deal with. The guys who did the actual work were amazing. Leanne brought books full of every type plants to help us decide what would look best in all the planting areas. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

This was a complete overhaul of back yard landscaping, rebuild of water feature, installation of fire pit, many small repairs. Jim took a lot of time going through the planned work with us before anything began, and gave us a lot of great advice. His work crew was very professional, and listened to any feedback we had while the project was underway. Jim was very flexible as we made changes to the plans while the work progressed. The end result looks beautiful, especially the fire pit and the lights throughout the yard. Since the work was completed, Jim has been great about following up with a few outstanding issues we still had.

We have used Reynold’s Landscaping for outdoor projects since we bought our first home in Redmond in 1996. Now we live in Woodinville, and we keep going back because not only is Jim and his team professional, personable, and easy to work with, but the quality of the work cannot be beaten! Jim has the ability to visualize the finished product during the design phase. For example, I did not think there was any way we would be able to create a “room-like feel” in our vast backyard by installing a lower flagstone patio with a stone fire pit, surrounded by beautiful beds with boulders. But that is exactly how it turned out — a gorgeous outdoor gathering spot that is well-defined but blends perfectly with the surrounding lawn and trees. He does amazing things!

We never have to be concerned with bad language or loud radio which might really bother the neighbors. The end “product” is high-quality workmanship and is very inviting as folks make their way to the front door as well as beautiful to look at every day as we pull in to our driveway! Wonderful rocks & boulders, natural stepping stones, grasses, conifers, maples & flowering vines & shrubs - plus a small pond with a rock fountain in our courtyard. Your men did an outstanding job, the patio looks great, in fact so brand new it doesn’t seem familiar! The fellows were very personable and took great care with my plants which were located along the edges of the patio and the planters located on it. I am very pleased with the result of their efforts. I had worked with Jim Reynolds and his crew last year, so I already knew their work. There were no surprises this year. They were on time, worked quickly, made suggestions for improvements, and cleaned up every day. When it came time to select trees, Jim drove me around in his truck, scoping out the neighbor's trees, so we could decide what looked best in a real setting. The work took about six days, as promised.

Jim, your team and crew are really good. It was a great experience all around, and we are very happy with the results.Your designer, Tehia was awesome. Super helpful and responsive, great initial designs, and really helped us figure out how everything was going to come together. Met with us and walked through plant selection keeping in mind our yard layout/sunshine and level of maintenance expertise (not high). Impressed with her knowledge of what works best in a PNW landscape design. Just a great partner through the process.
Jovanny and the rest of the on-site team were also really awesome. They were super professional, and careful, worked really quickly, and tidied up every night before they left. I always felt like they were looking after the yard and homesite here like it was their own. Impressed that they went the extra mile on the gate and fixed a few odd things that popped up. The pathway on the side of the house looks great, nice and level, with no wobbles and curves perfectly. Jovanny also took the time to answer my (probably dumb) questions and explain what the work entailed each day. Great crew and would have them back anytime.
Your irrigation specialist, Justin, also did a great job. He explained how everything worked, was super professional and careful with good attention to detail.
All around, we’re super happy. The end result is awesome and we’re already planning things we want to do in the new yard come spring and summer next year. We’ve already had a few neighbors inquire about work so we’ve passed along your info (and told them to move fast since it sounds like you are booking up)!
