The retaining wall and the fire pit are a work of art -- Jim's team did an amazing job designing it and working on it, making changes when something didn't look quite right to them, always checking in -- but their judgment was expert! Friends and family who have been over to see it and to sit around the fire pit are amazed at the work that was done. Wow! Total backyard transformation! They nailed it. I had a two-tier backyard that had about a 5-6 foot drop in the middle of my house, with an old unusable deck off the top section and an old concrete slab patio in the lower section. To top it off, there was no walkway between the upper and lower sections. Reynolds Landscape provided a wonderful design that included putting in fresh paver patios connected with natural stone steps.Reynolds Landscape was super responsive from first contact to final sign-off. We had big ambitions but also had a budget to work within. They did a great job communicating and adapting the plans to fit within what we could ultimately do and made us feel confident that we would get a great space. We are thrilled to have a really beautiful space that we can use for years to come. Jim and his team did an amazing job. This was a pretty massive project and they absolutely crushed it.

He came up with the idea of putting a patio in our side yard which we hadn't considered, and it turned out to be just the right concept. He uses rocks and hardscaping very well and has a designer to dream up a brilliant plant design. I loved that they gave me a list of suggested plants with photos so I could go through it all and pick out what I liked. Made the process easy. We love how the landscaping has changed how we use our outdoor space. We would definitely use them again for the next project.

Knowledgeable, creative, trustworthy, flexible, responsive, professional, friendly are just a few words to describe the folks at RL. We could not fully imagiine what thefinal product would look like. We put our trust in them, and when they delivered, they delivered far beyond what we'd imagined it would be. The entire experience was easy and stress free. The transformation of our property has not only made the outside space more usable and beautiful, but we can tell you that it has injected us with renewed energy and and a feeling of joy every time we walk outside. The crew was the best. The designer, Tehia, is down to earth, a great listerner, and extremely knowledgeable. The guys that came out to do the hard work were friendly, responsive to questions, focused, professional, and left no doubt that they knew their what they were doing.

Super helpful and responsive, great initial designs, and really helped us figure out how everything was going to come together. Met with us and walked through plant selection keeping in mind our yard layout/sunshine and level of maintenance expertise (not high). Impressed with her knowledge of what works best in a PNW landscape design. Just a great partner through the process.
Jovanny and the rest of the on-site team were also really awesome. They were super professional, and careful, worked really quickly, and tidied up every night before they left. I always felt like they were looking after the yard and homesite here like it was their own. Impressed that they went the extra mile on the gate and fixed a few odd things that popped up. The pathway on the side of the house looks great, nice and level, with no wobbles and curves perfectly. Jovanny also took the time to answer my (probably dumb) questions and explain what the work entailed each day. Great crew and would have them back anytime.
Your irrigation specialist, Justin, also did a great job. He explained how everything worked, was super professional and careful with good attention to detail.
All around, we’re super happy. The end result is awesome and we’re already planning things we want to do in the new yard come spring and summer next year. We’ve already had a few neighbors inquire about work so we’ve passed along your info (and told them to move fast since it sounds like you are booking up)!

Jim and his team did a fabulous job transforming our entire property. We inherited ivy, over grown laurels, dead shrubs, and fairly steep slopes when we purchased our home 7 years ago. We’ve always struggled with the space and as our kids got older really wanted a place for them to run and play at home (all the more critical with COVID restrictions). Jim listened to our wants and needs from the space and completely transformed the entire property! It has something for everyone, a pea patch, fire pit, and long sloping lawns, all accented with beautiful craftsmanship from his team and their artistic skills to turn our vision into reality. We can’t say enough great things about how it was to work with Jim and his team! We will enjoy our space for years to come!

We never have to be concerned with bad language or loud radio which might really bother the neighbors. The end “product” is high-quality workmanship and is very inviting as folks make their way to the front door as well as beautiful to look at every day as we pull in to our driveway!
