This Kirkland frontyard hillside presented challenges to create unique character and comfortable access. Wide concrete steps with tiered landings and stunning column rock foundation screens make the journey up to the front entry interesting and inviting.

A steep, unruly slope was converted into a useable, modern / NW natural style design. The large, modern paver patio with clean, geometric design sharply contrasts with the flowing lawn and gardens. An eye-sore reborn as a backyard destination.
